All purchases made on SayTo.online are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Premium Subscription Purchases

When you purchase a SayTo.online Premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The subscription fee of ₹99/month or ₹499/year (India) / $2.99/month or $19.99/year (International) is non-refundable
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
  • Refunds will not be provided if you choose to cancel your subscription early
  • No refunds for accidental purchases - please review your order before confirming

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Account Settings and select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of your subscription

3. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period
  • All Premium benefits will be immediately revoked
  • Any purchased credits or add-ons will be forfeited

4. Service Interruptions

In rare cases of extended service interruptions or technical issues:

  • We may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period
  • Any compensation will be in the form of service extension, not monetary refund
  • Brief interruptions for maintenance do not qualify for compensation

We strongly recommend:

  • Trying our free features first to ensure the service meets your needs
  • Reviewing all Premium features on our pricing page
  • Reading our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy
  • Contacting support if you have any questions before subscribing

6. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors (requires proof)
  • Unauthorized transactions (requires identity verification and fraud report)

Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis and require supporting documentation. The decision to issue a refund in exceptional cases is at our sole discretion.
